Highest Protein Granola (2026)
Granola is not a high-protein food, and the ranking below makes that unusually clear: **not one product on this page reaches Gold tier.** The best of them tops out around 20% of calories from protein, which is Silver — and the bottom of the list is under 11%. That is a property of the food, not of the brands. Granola is rolled oats bound with oil and a sweetener, then baked; the oil and sugar carry most of the calories no matter whose name is on the bag, and adding a scoop of protein to the recipe moves the number less than the marketing implies. So read this list as least-bad rather than good. If granola is what you want on your yogurt, the products at the top genuinely deliver two to three times the protein per calorie of the ones at the bottom, and that gap is worth choosing on. But if you are trying to hit a protein target, a Platinum-tier yogurt or a scoop of powder will do more for you than any granola here — and the honest move is to treat granola as a topping, not the protein in the meal.
